Rocio holds a BSW from Hope College and an MSW from Grand Valley State University. She brings a strong background in community engagement, youth development, and mentorship. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Rocio is passionate about building inclusive spaces where diverse talent can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her two sons.
