Kaylee has a proven track record of success in grant management, program development, evaluation, and student success. As Senior Director of Programs and Strategy, she oversees and develops all the chamber programs. Co-founder and former Executive Director of the Ferris State Center for Latin@ Studies earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Ferris State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. She is currently finishing her doctoral coursework through Ferris State University’s Doctorate of Community College Leadership. Her research evaluates the intersection of racial identity and perceived sense of “querencia” through institutional policies and practices during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Kaylee’s work has focused on creating equitable access to post-secondary education for the Hispanic/Latino community.
