Carolina is from Venezuela and moved to Grand Rapids in 2024. With a background in psychology and market research, she found her true path in supporting others, especially within her Latin community. At WMHCC, she focuses on keeping everyone’s data up to date to ensure they have access to the programs and resources they need. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Michigan’s beauty when the weather allows, since winter can still be a bit much!
