Aleks Silva is Director of Development & Investor Relations at the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he leads fundraising, investor relations, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships that help Hispanic and Latino businesses grow across the region. Guided by a simple mission — let all that he does be done in love — he works with companies and community partners who want their investment to mean something: opportunity, talent, and a stronger West Michigan economy, including support for the Hub for Latino Economic Advancement and Talent Development.

Before joining the Chamber, Aleks spent more than a decade in sales and leadership development. He is a Certified Dale Carnegie Instructor with Dale Carnegie of Southwest Michigan, recognized among the top instructors worldwide for helping people communicate with confidence, lead with empathy, and build trust. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Central Michigan University.
